The Earth Prize Mentors now include students, professionals, researchers, and individuals from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about sustainability, innovation, and youth empowerment. Together, they bring a wide range of experiences, perspectives, and areas of expertise to help guide and support Earth Prize participants throughout their journey.
Are you enthusiastic about guiding young innovators? We are looking for mentors with expertise in various fields from around the globe to join us for the next edition of The Earth Prize!
Register as an adult and select ‘Mentor’ during sign-up. You will then receive the mentor application form via email.
Each month, The Earth Prize will recognise mentors who have gone above and beyond in supporting students and contributing to the mentor community. Selected mentors will receive The Earth Prize Mentor of the Month recognition alongside a $500 prize. Previously, we recognised Mentors of The Year — see our 2026 winners here.
By becoming a mentor, you will join a global community of students, professionals, researchers, and sustainability practitioners passionate about environmental action and youth empowerment. Mentors will have opportunities to connect through workshops, fireside sessions, and collaborative discussions while building meaningful connections across disciplines, countries, and sectors.
Mentoring for The Earth Prize offers an excellent opportunity to develop and showcase transferable skills such as project management, problem-solving, and consulting. Each Mentor will receive a certificate upon completion.
All Mentors will have access to The Earth Prize learning platform featuring online materials on environmental issues, interviews with activists and social entrepreneurs, and real-world practical skill training on how to effect change.
Joining The Earth Prize as a Mentor will allow you to actively contribute to projects striving to make a positive impact on the environment and to serve as a role model for younger students, inspiring them to become future changemakers.
